Melinda Gloriosa, PMP

Melinda Gloriosa has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Melinda currently works at Rev1 Ventures as the Managing Director of Investments, where they are responsible for managing over $130 million in assets across multiple funds. Melinda sources, negotiates, and executes investment deals at the pre-seed, seed, and early stages, and also oversees a team of analysts.

Prior to their role at Rev1 Ventures, Melinda worked at Worthington Industries Ventures and Ohio TechAngels Fund Manager, where they gained experience in venture capital and investment management. Melinda also held the position of Director of Investment Funds at an undisclosed company.

In addition to their venture capital roles, Melinda served as a Board Observer at Enzee, ConverSight.ai, and is currently a Board Observer at Rev1 Ventures. Melinda has also shown their entrepreneurial skills as the Owner and Project Consultant at Mel Endeavors, LLC.

Earlier in their career, Melinda held the position of Managing Director at WillowWorks, where they focused on fund management with a focus on B2B technology SaaS companies. Melinda analyzed, executed, and managed investments in seed and early-stage companies and built a network of relationships.

Before entering the venture capital industry, Melinda gained experience in project management as a Senior Project Manager at Centene Corporation- Buckeye Health Plan. Melinda also worked as a Project Engineer at Parker Hannifin and as a New Product Development Engineer at American Honda Motor Company, Inc.

Melinda Gloriosa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from The University of Toledo. Melinda has also earned several certifications throughout their career. These include certifications such as VC University ONLINE from VC University, Scrum: The Basics, Agile Foundations, Design Thinking: Venture Design, and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management from LinkedIn.
