Don's tenure at First Data Corporation spanned two decades, during which roles included transforming corporate CRM into an enterprise solution and leading the development of innovative onboarding solutions. Additionally, Don has a strong technical and compliance-focused background, with experience in multi-currency payment solutions and call center technology optimization. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Frostburg State University and a BS in Computer Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
