Tara Yack

Tara Yack is a Principal Engineer in Project Operations at Revamp Engineering. Tara has over fifteen years of experience in the engineering field, working with various companies on a variety of projects.

Yack began their career as an intern with JVA in 2005. Tara then worked as a Structural Engineer for KPFF Consulting Engineers and The Shaw Group. In 2012, they became an Engineering Manager at Black & Veatch. Most recently, they worked as a Substation Section Manager at HDR from 2018 to 2021.

Yack has a wealth of experience in both fossil and nuclear power generation, as well as mining operations. Tara is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Tara Yack has a MS in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and a BS in Architectural Engineering from University of Colorado Boulder.

Tara Yack reports to Tyler Nelson, President. Tara Yack works with Vivek Ramachandron - Principal Engineer, Power Systems Studies, Evan Goldberg - Principal Engineer, Substation Design, and Jordan Sapp - VP, Project Execution &Operations.
