Greg Henning MSSM, CSCS has a varied and extensive work experience. Greg also gained experience as a Jumps Coach at Baker University, coaching national qualifiers in long jump and triple jump events. Lastly, they worked at Baldwin City Recreation Commission as a Supervisor and Intern, coordinating and supervising youth athletic practices and games, and maintaining practice and game facilities.

Greg Henning received their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration from Baker University, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. Greg later pursued a Master's of Science degree in Sports Management at the same university, completing it in 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Greg obtained a Level 1 Coaching Certification from USA Track & Field in December 2015. Greg is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), although the specific date of this certification is not provided.
