Jennifer Lebolt

Jennifer Lebolt is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Revcor since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing performance reviews, leading investigations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Prior to Revcor, Jennifer worked as an HR Generalist at Omron Dualtec Automotive Electronics Inc., contributing to employee relations, recruitment, and auditing processes. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Columbia College, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Elgin Community College.
