Caitlin Matchett

Caitlin Matchett has been in the professional workforce since 2017. Caitlin began their career as an Event Concierge at JW Marriott Indianapolis, where they were responsible for communicating with each department within the hotel to assure the accurate fulfillment of meeting/event planner needs and requests. In 2018, they joined Sigstr as a Channel Development Manager, a role which they held until 2020. In 2020, they moved to Terminus, where they held the roles of Partner Success Manager and Strategic Alliances Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Partnership Leaders as a Member and Reveal as a Partner Success Manager.

Caitlin Matchett attended Ball State University from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Food Management with a Minor in Interpersonal Relations. Caitlin has also obtained certifications from Terminus, LinkedIn, Cvent, ServSafe Certified, and Indiana Server Certification.
