Courtney King

Courtney King has a wealth of work experience in customer success management. Courtney began their career in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager for FirstScreen. In 2020, they moved on to Ping Identity as a Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager for Rasa, where they were responsible for providing the tools required to build better, more resilient contextual assistants. Finally, they are currently a Senior Customer Success Manager for Reveal.

Courtney King obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Texas State University in 2012. Courtney also obtained a Leadership for Global Business and Politics certification from the Yale School of Management in February 2022.
