Bilyan Belchev

Bilyan Belchev has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. Bilyan is currently serving as the VP of Product and the Director of Product, AI Analytics at Reveal since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of President & Chief Product Officer at Webitects from January 2012 to June 2021. In this role, they successfully launched more than 30 web-based products for renowned corporate and non-profit clients and managed a team of senior developers, UX designers, and project managers.

Earlier in their career, Bilyan worked at IIT, where they held the position of Adjunct Faculty and later became the Manager of Instructional Design. While working there, they managed a team of content producers and designed curriculum for various online and hybrid learning programs. Bilyan also implemented interactive learning and assessment technology in multiple courses, resulting in a significant increase in enrollment.

Bilyan Belchev earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2004. Bilyan further pursued their education at the same institute and obtained a Master of Science degree in Technical Communication & Information Design in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) in 2021 from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner certification in 2022 from Scrum Alliance and completed a course titled "VPs and Directors of Product Management: Finding Excellence" from Udemy in the same year.
