Urquhart (Urko) Wood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, growth strategy, and account management. As the Founder and Innovation Catalyst at Reveal Growth Consultants, Inc. since July 2012, Urko specializes in helping companies achieve product/market fit by uncovering customer needs. Previous roles include Contributing Writer for The Business Journals, Strategy Advisor at Strategyn Consulting, and Director of Account Management at UnitedHealthcare, where effective growth strategies were implemented. Urko has also founded and led multiple consulting firms, including Strategy Innovations, Inc. and Smokenders Corporate Programs of Greater Philadelphia, achieving significant business growth and strategic development. Urko holds an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School, a BA in Philosophy from Kenyon College, and a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
