Lilly Harris

Lilly Harris is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, operations, and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Revel Meat Co, Lilly leads the USDA-funded Expanded Traceability Program, providing extensive support to small ranchers and enhancing supply chain transparency. As the Founder & Farmer of Pair of Jacks Farm, Lilly has fostered community connections and improved access to fresh produce in Portland. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Grön, Director of Operations at MilkRun, and Events & Catering Director at Ace Hotel, where Lilly implemented efficient workflows and enhanced team dynamics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Educational Leadership & Policy from Portland State University, a 200-hour RYT certification from Sola School of Contemplative Arts, and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Oregon.
