Austin Roberts

Austin Roberts currently serves as a Client Success Manager at Revel Systems iPad POS, a position held since August 2015. Responsibilities include onboarding and implementing the iPad Point of Sale System for clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and managing a portfolio of clients through proactive communication and support. Prior experience includes working as an AppleCare Tier 2 Senior Advisor from June 2011 to August 2017, where support was provided for technical troubleshooting related to iOS and Mac CPU systems. Austin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition Sciences from UNLV and previously studied Pre-Medicine at BYU-Idaho.
