Michael Fresco

Michael Fresco is the current General Counsel at Revel. Michael has held this position since March 2020. Prior to their current role, Fresco served as a Program Coordinator for the Veterans Discharge Upgrade Project at the New York County Lawyers' Association from November 2018 to March 2020. Michael was also an Associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP from November 2015 to March 2020.

Fresco began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals from September 2013 to September 2014. Michael then served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from October 2014 to October 2015. After completing their clerkships, Fresco returned to Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP as an Associate from November 2015 to March 2020.

Prior to attending law school, Fresco worked as an LSAT Tutor at Stratus Prep from August 2009 to October 2010. Michael also served as a Judicial Intern for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from September 2011 to December 2011 and as a Legal Intern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York from September 2012 to December 2012.

Michael Fresco graduated from Fordham University School of Law with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) Summa Cum Laude. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Florida.
