Veronica Hendrix is the Head of Customer Experience at Revel. Veronica has previously worked as a Technical Account Manager at Optimal Blue, a Secondary Marketing at Stearns Lending, and a Loan Officer at Carrington Mortgage Services. Hendrix has extensive experience in training and implementing new and existing customers across all platforms, researching and rectifying issues, maintaining expert level knowledge of product lines and industry changes, conducting business reviews, and recommending additional services.
Veronica Hendrix has an Associate's Degree in Biological Science/Zoology from Carl Albert State College and certification from Yellowbrick Sports in NYU Fundamentals of Global Sports Management.
