Mike Boggs

Mike is a board member or observer at Nuvolo, Vertos Medical, Singular Genomics and Health Reveal. He has also served on several venture fund advisory boards during liquidation, including Kearny Venture Partners and the Thomas Weisel Healthcare Venture Fund.

Over the last twelve years, Mike has invested over $325 million in private healthcare companies by providing liquidity to corporations, venture funds and founders for their minority equity ownership positions.

Prior to joining Revelation Partners, Mike was a vice president at Saints Capital, where he originated and valued investments in the healthcare and consumer-related technology sectors. Mike began his career in the Healthcare Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he executed over $1 billion in both private and public transactions.

​Mike received a BS degree in Business from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He actively supports the Cal Berkeley Rugby Endowment, the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), and the La Jolla High School Foundation.
