Andrea Bertoli

Andrea Bertoli has worked in the software engineering and web development fields since 2017. In 2017, they completed a Master Thesis in bioinformatics at IGA - Istituto Di Genomica Applicata, where they analyzed and visualized RNA-seq data and developed bioinformatic scripts and pipelines. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Web Developer at both Heply and VivaBioCell, where they developed and maintained web applications using React and Node.js and worked closely with electronic engineers, C/C++ developers, and designers. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at RStor, where they worked on the S3 storage back-end and a fast distributed data transfer pipeline for object storages. Andrea is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Revelio Labs.

Andrea Bertoli attended Università degli Studi di Udine from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnologies (L-2). Andrea then continued their studies at the same university, graduating in 2018 with a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnologies (focus on bioinformatics) (LM-9).
