Strohm Gaston has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career as an Executive Excellence Program Intern at Saks Fifth Avenue in 2011. They then joined the company as an Assistant Buyer, where they managed multiple departments and luxury brands, reducing markdown liability and increasing poolstock penetration. Strohm Gaston later worked as an Assistant Demand Planner, forecasting demand and targeting inventory levels.
They then transitioned to Trunk Club, where they held multiple positions. As a Sales Representative, they sourced new business, achieved outstanding sales results, and mentored new hires. They were later promoted to the role of East Coast Sales Trainer for the Training and Development Team, where they developed training courses and provided professional development initiatives. Strohm Gaston then became the Regional Training and Development Manager for the East Coast, implementing business development initiatives and optimizing remote education.
Afterwards, they joined Hunt Club as Senior Manager, Talent Strategy, and later became the Associate Director. In these roles, they played a key role in talent management and strategy.
Currently, Strohm Gaston is working at RevelOne as the Senior Account Manager, Talent, and has recently taken on the position of Director of Talent.
Strohm Gaston obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University between 2008 and 2012. In 2010, they also studied Spanish Language and Literature at B.A. Plus for a year.
