Lei Shigemasa possesses extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Revenera, a Flexera Division, since March 2002. Prior to this role, Lei held the position of Account Manager during the time of Intraware. Lei's career also includes work as an Account Manager at SkillSet Software for a brief period in early 2001 and as a Project Leader at EDS from January 1998 to March 2000. Lei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1986 and 1990.
