Allison Hudgens

Allison Hudgens has a diverse range of work experience in recruiting and sales. Allison started their career at CA Technologies as a Sales Recruiter, where they recruited and hired sales executives and developers. Allison then moved on to Deutsche Bank as a Technical Recruiter Lead, where they sourced candidates in the banking and finance industry. Following that, Allison worked at EPAM Systems as a Sales Recruiter and Sourcing specialist, focusing on hiring for technical and operational roles. Currently, they are working at ringDNA as a Sales Manager, where they are responsible for hiring banking operations and trading candidates. Throughout their career, Allison has consistently exceeded quotas and followed strict regulations in the recruitment process.
