Kathryn Scalercio has extensive experience in customer enablement and social media management. Kathryn currently serves as the Director of Customer Enablement at RevenueWell, where they develop and executes customer enablement strategies. Kathryn also creates and delivers training programs and materials and analyzes customer usage data. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Social Media Director at RevenueWell, leading cross-functional teams and formulating comprehensive social media plans to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Before joining RevenueWell, they held social media positions at PBHS Inc. and Foley Family Wines.
Kathryn Scalercio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Anthropology from Sonoma State University in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Hootsuite Enterprise Certification from Hootsuite in January 2021, followed by the Advanced Social Advertising Certification from Hootsuite in February 2021. In May 2021, they obtained the HIPAA for Business Associates certification from KnowBe4, and in July 2021, they received the Social Media for Healthcare Certification from Mayo Clinic and Hootsuite. In February 2022, they gained the Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google, and at the same time, they also obtained the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google. Finally, in 2023, they obtained multiple certifications from Totango, including Totango Creator: Success Dreamer, Totango Creator: Success Enthusiast, Totango Creator: Success Leader, and Totango Creator: Success Sage.
