Kaitlyn Rose is a Human Resources Specialist at Revere Copper Products, Inc. Kaitlyn previously worked as a Member Services Specialist at AmeriCU Credit Union and as a Waitress at Alee's Restaurant. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technology Management with a focus in Human Resources at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where Kaitlyn also earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In their current role, Kaitlyn focuses on providing cost-effective healthcare services for employees and recommending benefit plan changes to support employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
