Victor Li

Victor Li has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Guest Service Agent at Revere Hotel Boston Common since January 2015, Victor is responsible for delegating duties among floor staff to meet guest needs and managing financial records including checks and invoices. Previously, Victor worked as an Intake Specialist at Citizens Disability, where responsibilities included client outreach and registration of personal information, and as a Bilingual Patient Enrollment Coordinator at Dovetail Health. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Newbury College, earned between 2010 and 2013.
