Aaron really enjoys working with clients on tailored solutions that produce tangible business value, however, his greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping his team and co-workers grow in their confidence, abilities, and ultimately their careers. And he makes it a priority for everyone to have fun along the way.

Aaron has over 25 years of experience implementing a wide variety of software solutions and running several data analytics and insights projects. He also spent over 10 years in the Telecommunications industry prior to coming back to consulting. He is a firm believer that a strong team built on respect and openness is integral to a project’s success.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys traveling with his wife and two teenagers, rooting on his Fighting Illini, and spoiling his furry kids.
