Angie Mell is an experienced media content lawyer with a strong background in pre-broadcast legal advice across various platforms. Currently serving as a Media Content Lawyer at Reviewed & Cleared since July 2021, Angie specializes in the content of TV, film, podcasts, and print. In the same timeframe, Angie has provided legal guidance at ITN regarding news programmes for prominent networks including ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and ITV London, focusing on areas such as defamation, privacy, and the Ofcom Broadcasting Code. Previously, Angie held roles at Channel 5 as a Senior Content Lawyer and at Channel 4 as a Programme Lawyer, advising on a wide array of genres from development through post-broadcast.
