Katie Milliken has a diverse work experience. Katie started their career in 2015 at Macy's, where they initially worked as an Executive Development Program Trainee before being promoted to Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing over 30 sales personnel. Katie was then promoted to a larger area of responsibility within the company.

After Macy's, Katie joined Old Navy in 2017, where they worked as a General Manager. Katie achieved impressive results during their tenure, leading an underperforming location to its first two years of sales growth in the store's history. Katie also served as the district point-person for all company loyalty programs.

In 2021, Katie transitioned into the tech industry and joined PowerReviews as a Sales Development Representative. Katie quickly excelled in this role and was ranked #1 in performance to quota for qualified outbound lead generation for two consecutive quarters. Katie then moved up to the position of Senior Sales Development Representative. Later, they took on a newly-created position as a Strategic Sales Development Representative, where they supported pipeline development within strategic accounts and played a key role in go-to-market messaging for the business development team.

In 2023, Katie joined InMoment and ReviewTrackers as an Account Executive. Katie'scurrent roles at both companies focus on managing and developing key accounts.

Katie Milliken received their Bachelor's Degree in Retailing and Consumer Behavior from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in a Study Abroad Program focused on Selling and Sales Management at the University of Westminster. In addition to their education, Katie obtained certification in the Victory Lap Sales Development Bootcamp from Victory Lap in September 2021.
