Laurent Georges

Laurent Georges has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong focus on customer relations and satisfaction. Laurent is currently the Director of Customer Relations & Satisfaction at REVIMA. Prior to this, they worked as an Internal Consultant at Safran Aerosystems Services from November 2019 to January 2021. Laurent also served as the General Manager at Safran Cabin Germany - Commercial Aircraft Inserts from March 2018 to November 2019, where they were responsible for the overall site and P&L management of a facility specializing in commercial inserts. Before that, they held the position of EVP Customer Support at Zodiac Aerospace Services from January 2015 to November 2019, overseeing all relations with airframers and airline customers. Laurent's experience also includes serving as the CEO of Zodiac Services Asia Pte Ltd from September 2011 to January 2015, where they managed aftermarket support and services in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to that, they worked in various roles at Zodiac Services and Intertechnique Services, focusing on customer support and relations with aircraft OEMs. Laurent began their career as an Engineer Consultant at Eurospace and later worked as a Sales Engineer at SEGIME and Cinch Connectors GmbH.

Laurent Georges completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, spanning from 1991 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Aerospace Mechanics from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace for the academic year of 1996-1997.
