Charlie Copa has extensive experience in sales development and revenue operations. Charlie currently serves as the Global Director of Sales Development at Revinate, where they lead teams in EMEA, APAC, and The Americas, focusing on sourcing new opportunities and creating a quality pipeline for sales reps.
Prior to joining Revinate, Charlie worked at RightBound as the Head of Revenue Operations. In this role, they designed and implemented processes and best practices for the sales, sales development, and customer success teams. Charlie also managed the Salesforce instance and solved technical challenges faced by the GTM team. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at RightBound, acquiring new business and closing deals of various sizes.
Before joining RightBound, Charlie held the position of Senior Manager, Global Inside Sales at Instaclustr, where they managed a team of Inside Sales Reps across multiple regions and achieved revenue growth in a complex enterprise sales cycle.
Charlie also has experience in sales development and management roles at Sift and Sisense, where they successfully built and scaled SDR teams. At Sisense, they were promoted to Manager of Sales Development and generated over six million dollars in new revenue annually.
In addition to their sales roles, Charlie also has experience in the digital advertising industry, having worked as a Digital Account Executive at Republic Media and an Account Manager at Lin Digital.
Charlie began their career as an intern at BlueView and Schnake Turnbo Frank.
