Mary McMahon

Mary McMahon has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Intern at Queen's University Belfast in 2006. Mary then pursued their graduate studies at University College Cork, Ireland (UCC) from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they joined the University of California, San Francisco as a Postdoctoral Scholar from 2010 to 2016 and later became an Associate Specialist from 2016 to 2019. Mary then moved on to Calico Life Sciences, where they worked as a Scientist from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Mary is employed at ReviR Therapeutics, starting as an Associate Director of Biology from November 2021 to August 2022, and subsequently transitioning to the role of Director of Biology from August 2022 onwards.

Mary McMahon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Genetics from University College Cork, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry at the same university, which they successfully completed from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Mary obtained a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera in May 2021.
