Fran Bean, SPHR has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Fran began their career in 1986 as the HR Director for Allegiance Healthcare. In 1993, they joined Cardinal Health as an HR Director, where they held several HR Director roles over the next 23 years. In 2016, they became the Senior Director of Human Resources at Cordis. In 2018, they returned to Cardinal Health as the Global HR Director, where they were a Strategic HR Business Partner for the global manufacturing organization and led a team of 10 direct reports and 100+ indirect reports across 32 manufacturing sites worldwide. In 2019, they joined Revision Skincare\u00ae as the Vice President of Human Resources.
