Olivia Roumain

Olivia Roumain has over 19 years of experience in the beauty industry. Olivia began their career in 2001 as a Cosmetic Department Manager at Nordstrom at The Grove. In 2005, they took on the role of Brand Manager at CBS - Cosmetics and Beauty Services, where they helped drive sales through Training and Education in various retailers. That same year, they became a Brand Specialist at GO Smile. From 2006 to 2010, they held various roles at philosophy, including Regional Educational Manager for the SW region and Account Executive for Los Angeles/Las Vegas. In 2010, they became Manager of Business Development at Allergan, and then in 2014, they took on the role of Vice President of Field Sales and Education at Anastasia Beverly Hills. From 2016 to 2017, they were Sales and Education Executive at Jo Malone London, and then in 2017, they moved to EltaMD, Inc. as an Account Manager. Finally, in 2018, they became Sr. International Education Manager and Director of Training and Development at Revision Skincare®.

Olivia Roumain obtained a General Education (GE) from Bullard High School between 1996 and 2000, where they took Advanced Placement and Honors courses. Olivia then attended UC Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Global Studies. In 2017, they obtained an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from eCornell, and also attended Cornell University that same year to earn a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
