Randy Vos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Randy began their career at Philips as a Process Excellence Intern, where they developed and managed a new software update for the vendor rating system. Randy also created a calibrating method to minimize score differences within the rating system.
After Philips, Randy joined REV'IT! Sport International as a Business Process Improvement Intern, followed by a full-time role as a Business Process Improvement specialist. Randy then transitioned to Trucking and Control as an Executive Secretary, eventually becoming the Operational Director. In this role, they were responsible for improving operations processes and managing employees, achieving low customer complaints and invoice disputes.
In 2014, Randy became the Managing Director at Solvos, where they built custom-made software using the Mendix platform. Their work involved creating various software solutions, ranging from small iPad apps to complete ERP systems for SMBs.
Randy later returned to REV'IT! Sport International, starting as a Business Development Manager, responsible for leading new projects and developing a supply chain portal, website, and logistics hub in Asia. Randy then became the Supply Chain Manager, overseeing demand and purchase planning, logistics, and distribution globally. Finally, they took on the role of Product Development and Supply Chain Director, responsible for strategic direction and leading the supply chain and IT functions.
Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on process improvement.
Randy Vos completed their BBA degree in International Business and Management Studies at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011.
