Kyle Guinness has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Marketing Associate for Ability2Work. In 2018, they were a Scholar Sales Intern for Cintas, V.P. of Sales Competitions for the American Marketing Association - Pittsburgh Chapter, and an Account Executive and Sales Manager for The Pitt News. In 2019, they were a Sales Apprentice for ADP and Co-Founder for Revitalize Energy. In 2020, they were a Cohort Member for AscenderPGH. Finally, in 2021, they were a Cohort Member for The Batchery and an Account Executive for OEConnection (OEC).

Kyle Guinness graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
