In 2021, they joined re:Bloom as a Member of the Board of Advisors and co-founded Revitalize Energy as the Chief Financial Officer. From 2016 to 2021, they were employed at TD, where they held the roles of Business Intelligence VP, Acquisitions Strategy & Management for US Credit Cards, and Forecasting, Product and Rewards Analytics for US Credit Cards. From 2014 to 2016, they were employed at PNC as a Strategic Initiatives Advisor, AVP. From 2011 to 2013, they were employed at Honeywell as a Strategic Marketing Specialist. From 2009 to 2011, they founded and served as the CEO of Tamera Online Cosmetics Distribution. From 2004 to 2011, they were self-employed as a Personal Coaching and a Success Coach at Global Image Management. In 2010, they were employed as a Search Engine Optimization/Web Marketing Team Leader at Web Guide Partner. In 2018, they founded Project Scaleup.

Tammy S. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Investments and Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S in Computer Engineering from Lyceum of the Philippines University, Intramuros between 2001 and 2006.
