Cheeho Patrick Chiu, BSN, RN, is an experienced registered nurse with a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Registered Nurse and Intake Specialist at Revival Home Health Care since June 2022, where a 200% increase in referrals was achieved through strong collaboration with hospital management.
