Clara Belluzzo

Clara Belluzzo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global marketing leadership within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Director for Hair Care & Styling at Revlon Professional since January 2022, Clara oversees a major business unit, managing P&L, global strategy, and innovation for haircare brands. Prior to Revlon, Clara held prominent roles at Oriflame Cosmetics, leading the Female Fragrance Global Business, and at Grupo Boticário, where significant turnaround achievements in fragrance and accessories were realized. Earlier career stages included management positions at Natura and Johnson & Johnson, as well as internships that laid a strong foundation in marketing strategy and communications. Clara holds a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Marketing from ESAMC.
