C. Robert Satti, III has over 10 years of experience in product development and engineering. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of RevMedica, Inc., where they are responsible for translating clinical needs to novel technologies. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Product Development Manager and Senior Design/Development Engineer at Avitus Orthopaedics, where they were responsible for the regulatory clearance and commercialization of the Avitus Bone Harvester and Avitus Pilot Hole Creator, in addition to establishing a company Quality Management System. From 2010 to 2015, they were an Advanced Engineer at Medtronic, where they were a core team member for stapling product portfolio and was responsible for the commercialization of EGIA Tri-Staple, EGIA Universal, and other hand instruments.
