Diane Mann

Diane Mann has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Diane is currently working as an Accounting Manager at Revolo Biotherapeutics since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Accounting & Financial Reporting Consultant at Advanced Clinical Group from August 2020 to March 2023. In this role, they prepared and reviewed monthly journal entries and reporting packages, reconciled and verified balance sheet accounts, and analyzed and investigated variances.

Before joining Advanced Clinical Group, Diane worked as an Accounting and Finance Supervisor at Labcorp Clinical Trials from June 2006 to January 2020. Diane'sresponsibilities included overseeing the Global Clinical Trials billing and revenue recognition accounting, preparing monthly revenue and balance sheet journal entries, and analyzing monthly operating results.

From July 2003 to June 2006, Diane worked as an Assistant Controller at Erasteel. Diane'sresponsibilities included conducting monthly variance analysis of sales and expenses, conducting monthly inventory analyses, and performing audits through external and internal auditors. Diane was also the primary individual responsible for 401(k) and pension plan funding.

Prior to that, Diane worked as a Controller at Unitemp Inc from August 1994 to July 2003. Diane'sresponsibilities included ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statement reporting, improving cash flow through collections and billing process upgrades, and job cost accounting.

Diane's earlier work experience includes roles such as Accounting Manager at Advanced Photovoltaic Systems, Inc. from July 1992 to August 1994, where they prepared monthly financial statements and supervised accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Diane also worked as a Chief Accountant at Machine Tool Finance Corporation from January 1988 to July 1992, where they certified cash and other asset accounts, handled monthly income amortization, and reviewed balance sheets and income statements.

Diane Mann obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from The College of New Jersey, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
