Annie Purdum is a dedicated professional with a robust background in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as a CX Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Revolut since June 2022, Annie previously worked as an FMCG Consultant at dunnhumby and Kantar Worldpanel, where expertise in fast-moving consumer goods was developed.
