Harry Judd

Harry Judd is an experienced Operations Manager currently serving as the Production Operations Manager at Revolut since December 2022, where responsibilities include managing customer support change initiatives and overseeing a team of 27 in Support Knowledge Management. Previously, Harry held various positions at Bulb from August 2019 to December 2022, culminating in the role of Operations Manager, where oversight of Switching Operations for the UK’s 6th largest energy supplier was key. Additional roles at Bulb included Senior Team Leader for the Emergency Metering Team and Team Leader for Customer Operations, demonstrating a strong track record in team management, performance reporting, and process improvement. Harry holds advanced degrees in Leadership in Sport, Conflict, Security & Development, and a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter, along with education from the City of Norwich School.
