Renato Mesquita Jr

Renato Mesquita Jr is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management, credit strategy, and collections across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Collections Manager for Brazil at Revolut since November 2024, Renato previously held the position of Risk Director at Solfácil from September 2022 to September 2024, where optimization of risk strategies for credit and fraud was achieved. Prior roles include overseeing risk management for personal loans and buy-now-pay-later products at Provu, leading credit strategy at Safra, and directing risk for retail banking at Scotiabank. Renato began a career at Itaú Unibanco, managing collections and credit before advancing to significant roles. Renato holds an MBA in Finance from McGill University and advanced education in Economics and Finance from Insper and Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
