Tarun Surana

Tarun Surana is a strategy and operations manager at Revolut since December 2024, bringing extensive experience from a prior role as a senior associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2023 to November 2024, and as a summer associate at BCG in April 2022. Prior to BCG, Tarun worked as an energy and utilities engineer at Shell from August 2017 to June 2021, focusing on water treatment, integration, and greenhouse gas emissions reduction. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Haldor Topsoe A/S in 2016 and various roles in business development and engineering at HDFC RED and Aditya Birla Chemicals (Thailand) Ltd. Tarun holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
