Umesh Vadhva

Umesh Vadhva is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager (Process) for Fincrime at Revolut since July 2024. Prior to this role, Umesh was the Head of Operations - Packaging at Gelato, where strategic planning and technology integration led to significant cost reductions. As Head of Strategic Planning and Data Analytics at Be Group JSC, Umesh successfully drove marketplace operations to achieve a prominent market position and launched essential services. Previous positions include Operations and Logistics Manager at Uber, Manager in the CEO’s office at Adani Cementation Ltd, Consulting Director at 180 Degree Consulting, Senior Consultant at PwC India, and Assistant Manager at PSM Energy Pvt Ltd. Umesh holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from Indian School of Business and an MBA from the University of St.Gallen, complemented by a B.Tech in Mining Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines).
