Greg Falkner

Greg Falkner serves as the VP of Finance at rEvolution, where responsibilities include leading the Accounting and FP&A functions, overseeing financial integration during M&A processes, and enhancing financial reporting and strategic modeling. Falkner previously held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Logistyx Technologies, contributing to a successful company sale and managing cash flow forecasts for global subsidiaries. Additional experience includes roles at Infogix, STATS LLC, Mattersight Corporation, SurePayroll, Ubiquity Brands, and Romaine, Inc., which encompass extensive expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and M&A activities. Falkner holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
