Ken Harrison has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. Ken began their career in 2005 at DealerSocket as a Strategic Services Consultant, where they led over 50 SaaS implementations of the DealerSocket CRM across the United States and managed a $2 million territory. Ken was then promoted to Consulting Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with large automotive dealer groups, helped them increase profitability by providing strategic financial and business analysis, and trained new hires. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Consulting, West Region, where they managed $24 million in annual reoccurring revenue with an average yearly retention rate of 95%. In 2018, they joined Carvana as a Product Track Lead, Reg Ops, where they led the strategic efforts of multiple product & engineering teams responsible for providing the ideal post purchase experience for Carvana customers, and created a customer-facing page on Carvana.com to provide customers with self-service options for status updates, reporting of vehicle damage, and warranty information. Ken was then promoted to Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. In 2022, they moved to ConsumerAffairs as Director of Product, and in 2023 they joined RevolutionParts as Lead Product Manager.

Ken Harrison received their Bachelor's Degree in Communications Advertising with a Spanish Minor from Brigham Young University between 2003 and 2005. Ken obtained a Scaled Agile Framework certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2016 and a Pragmatic Marketing certification from Pragmatic Marketing in May 2015.
