Monica Mulhern

Monica Mulhern has extensive experience in engineering sourcing and recruiting. Monica currently works as an Engineering Sourcing Consultant for IntagHire, where they focus on supplemental recruiting for growing organizations. Prior to this, Monica served as a Senior Engineering Sourcer at Mapbox, leading the search business for product, engineering, and data science functions. Monica also has experience as a Senior Technical Sourcer Consultant at Roblox and an Engineering Sourcer at Cruise, Confluent, Tanium, and Workday Inc. Monica began their career at Google, where they held multiple positions as an Engineering and Leadership Sourcer, Technical Screener, and initial point of contact for applicants. Monica has a strong background in sourcing and identifying top talent for technical roles.

Monica Mulhern completed their high school education at Chaparral Highschool from 1985 to 1989, earning a high school diploma with a focus on General Studies. Monica pursued further education at Arizona State University from 1989 to 1993, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. In July 1999, Monica Mulhern received a certification as a Paralegal from the Arizona Paralegal Association. Additionally, in September 2016, they obtained a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification from the LinkedIn Certification institution.
