Tony Richstad has been working in the customer service industry since 2016. Tony began their career as an Asset Protection Associate at Walmart, where they worked for three years. In 2019, they moved to Carvana as an Inbound Customer Service Representative. In 2021, they joined RevolutionParts as an Implementation Manager and Onboarding Coordinator.
Tony Richstad received a Bachelor's degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Full Sail University between 2019 and 2021. Tony then obtained four additional certifications from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2022, including Learning Video Lighting, Substance Painter: Photorealistic Techniques, Maya: Advanced Texturing, and Careers in the Game Industry.
