Ben Radford

Ben Radford is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Revvity, where responsibilities include talent acquisition for the UK and Ireland since May 2022. Prior to this, Radford served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Waters Corporation, focusing on identifying talent across Europe in commercial and customer-facing functions. Radford began their career at Spring in 2014 as a Managing Consultant, achieving three promotions and turning a loss-making cost center into a profitable entity. Radford’s earlier experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager across various companies from 2008 to 2014. Radford holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Northampton.
