Anna Yemelianchykova

Anna Yemelianchykova serves as the Head of the Talent Acquisition Team at REW Technology since September 2021, where responsibilities include establishing staffing processes and leading a collaborative recruitment team. Previously, as a GTO Business Partner at SoftServe from June 2021 to September 2021, Anna focused on staffing planning and coordination. Anna's earlier experience at EPAM Systems from January 2019 to May 2021 as a Staffing Coordinator involved liaising with stakeholders, managing staffing demands, and overseeing project staffing until delivery. Prior experience as a Recruiter at Qubit Labs in 2018 included applicant selection and interview coordination. Anna holds a degree from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, completed in 2011.
