Tom Conran-May is an experienced professional in client success and research management, currently serving as the Mid-Market Client Success Team Manager at Reward Gateway since July 2014. In this role, Tom leads the SMB Client Success Managers to enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication while achieving commercial growth and retention goals. Prior to this, Tom managed the UK Research team and held positions as a Senior Researcher and Employee Engagement Researcher, focusing on employee engagement solutions for notable organizations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Client Relationship Manager at Carve Productions, where Tom developed strategies for corporate clients, and roles at the BBC and Hurricane Films Ltd, providing valuable media and research expertise. Tom holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Screenwriting from the University of Central Lancashire.
