Lewis Young

Lewis Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lewis is currently serving as the Head of Studio and Design at Reward since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nuvias Group where they held multiple roles, including Head of Agency from November 2019 to October 2021, Head of Design Services from November 2018 to November 2019, and Creative & Studio Manager from April 2018 to November 2018. Before joining Nuvias Group, Lewis worked at Capita as the Head of Creative from April 2016 to April 2018, and previously as a Creative Lead from March 2011 to April 2016. Lewis also had experience as the Director | Brand & Social Media Manager at Grenade Artist Management from February 2009 to March 2011. Lewis started their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Grange Graphics Ltd in 2005.

Lewis Young has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Oxted School, where they completed their secondary education. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature at Nottingham Trent University. Skipping almost a decade, in 2014, Lewis enrolled in a short course at the University of London focused on Creative Programming for Digital Media & Mobile Apps, specializing in the field of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from QA Ltd.
