Kristin Austin, Ed.D. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Work from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania between 1999 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from PennWest Edinboro from 2004 to 2006. Kristin furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership & Administration from Immaculata University from 2014 to 2018. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University Graduate School.
